Plastic Adjuster Wheel Support Shaft

The plastic adjuster wheel support shaft connects the adjuster wheel to the flap linkage. When the user turns the wheel, this shaft transmits motion to adjust airflow.

We have 14 years of experience manufacturing precision plastic shafts. Our facility includes a 3,000 m² workshop with 35 workers specializing in injection molding. We typically use POM or PA66 reinforced with 10–20% glass fiber. POM provides excellent wear resistance, while PA66+GF offers higher mechanical strength.

The part is formed in a single injection molding process.

We focus on ensuring the shaft is durable and resistant to breakage. This component is subjected to repeated torsional forces during use. Inferior materials or poor molding can lead to failure.

Both POM and PA66+GF offer good toughness. Combined with strict process control, this ensures the shaft maintains its integrity over time. Heat and wear resistance are also critical, as high interior temperatures and frequent use can affect performance and user feel.

We inspect all raw materials upon arrival, conduct regular in-process checks, and perform full inspection before shipment to ensure consistent quality.

We have an in-house R&D team to support customized development. You can provide drawings for custom plastic adjuster wheel support shafts, and we will manufacture according to your specifications.

Sample development typically takes 30 to 90 days after drawing approval. Our factory is certified to IATF 16949, ensuring strict quality control throughout the production process.

We offer free standard samples; you only need to cover shipping costs. Custom samples require a small fee, which will be refunded upon placement of a mass production order.

Our standard payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.
