We inspect all raw materials upon arrival, perform in-process quality checks, and conduct full inspections before shipment to ensure consistent product quality.

We have an in-house R&D team to support customized gear development. You can provide drawings, and we will manufacture according to your specifications.

Sample development typically takes 30 to 90 days after drawing approval. Our factory is certified to IATF 16949, ensuring strict quality management throughout production.

We offer free standard samples; you only need to cover shipping costs. Custom samples require a small fee, which will be refunded upon placement of a mass production order.

The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1,000 pieces, with a minimum of 300 pieces per color or model.
