Car Air Vent Louver Linkage

The car air vent louver linkage is a critical moving component inside automotive air vents. We have 14 years of experience manufacturing precision plastic parts.

Our facility includes a 3,000 m² workshop with 35 skilled workers supporting daily production. We typically use POM or PA66 reinforced with 10–20% glass fiber. Both materials offer excellent wear resistance and heat resistance.

The part is formed in a single injection molding process. Its dimensions range from 60–180 mm in length, 4.0–8.0 mm in width, and 1.2–2.0 mm in thickness.

We place strong emphasis on wear resistance. The louver linkage moves repeatedly during operation. If wear resistance is insufficient, it may loosen over time, causing incomplete vent closure or unwanted noise.

POM and PA66+GF materials provide natural wear resistance. Combined with precise mold design and controlled injection processes, this ensures smooth movement and long service life.

We inspect all raw materials upon arrival, conduct in-process quality checks, and perform full inspections before shipment to ensure consistent product quality.

We have an in-house R&D team to support custom development. You can provide drawings for customized car air vent louver linkages, and we will manufacture according to your specifications.

Sample development typically takes 30 to 90 days after drawing approval. Our factory is certified to IATF 16949, a widely recognized automotive quality standard.

We offer free standard samples; you only need to cover shipping costs. Custom samples require a small fee, which will be refunded upon placement of a mass production order.

Our standard payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.
