Plastic Air Vent Flap Link

The plastic air vent flap link plays an important role in controlling airflow from the vent. Our factory has 14 years of experience manufacturing precision plastic components.

We are located in Ningbo and operate a 3,000 m² workshop with 35 workers specializing in injection molding. We typically use POM or PA66 reinforced with 10–20% glass fiber. Both materials provide excellent wear resistance and heat resistance.

The part is formed in a single injection molding process. Its dimensions range from 25–60 mm in length, 5–10 mm in width, and 1.5–2.5 mm in thickness.

This component is subject to frequent movement as users adjust airflow direction. If wear resistance is insufficient, the linkage may loosen over time, causing incomplete flap closure.

POM offers good self-lubrication and excellent wear resistance, while PA66+GF provides higher strength for applications requiring greater mechanical load.

We inspect all raw materials upon arrival and conduct regular in-process quality checks. Each plastic air vent flap link is carefully inspected before shipment. Our IATF 16949 certification ensures consistent quality management throughout production.

We support both OEM and ODM orders. You can provide drawings or physical samples, and we will manufacture according to your requirements.

Sample development typically takes 30 to 90 days after drawing approval. Our in-house R&D team can also assist in optimizing your design.

We offer free standard samples; you only need to cover shipping costs. Custom samples require a small fee, which will be refunded upon placement of a mass production order.

The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1,000 pieces, with a minimum of 300 pieces per color or model. Our monthly production capacity ranges from 1 to 3 million pieces, ensuring reliable delivery.
