Rear Air Outlet Housing

We have been producing automotive vent housings for over ten years. The rear air outlet housing is a standard product in our factory.

We are based in Ningbo and operate a 3,000 m² workshop with 35 skilled workers. Our injection molding machines run continuously to ensure stable production. We commonly use PP, ABS, or PC+ABS materials, which are widely used in automotive interior components. The rear air outlet housing is formed in a single injection molding process.

The rear air outlet housing is larger than side air outlet housings. Its dimensions range from 150–250 mm in length, 80–140 mm in width, and 60–100 mm in depth. The larger size allows it to accommodate more internal structures.

We place strong emphasis on heat resistance and aging performance. Plastic parts with poor aging resistance may become brittle and crack after long-term use. To prevent this, we inspect all raw materials upon arrival and conduct regular quality checks throughout production. Each rear air outlet housing is carefully inspected before shipment.

We have an in-house R&D team and support both OEM and ODM orders. You can provide drawings or physical samples, and we will manufacture according to your requirements.

Sample development typically takes 30 to 90 days after drawing approval. Our factory is certified to IATF 16949, a widely recognized standard in the automotive industry.

We offer free standard samples; you only need to cover the shipping cost. Custom samples require a small fee, which will be refunded upon placement of a mass production order.

The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1,000 pieces. For each color or model, the minimum quantity is 300 pieces.
