Our factory began injection molding production in 2014, giving us 14 years of manufacturing experience. The right side air outlet housing is a mature product that we have been producing for many years.

We operate a 3,000㎡ workshop with 35 injection molding workers, ensuring stable daily production.

We commonly use materials such as PP, ABS, and PC+ABS, all of which are suitable for automotive air outlet housings. We use one-step injection molding to produce the part, with final dimensions ranging from 160–220 mm in length, 80–120 mm in width, and 50–70 mm in depth. This specification covers most mainstream vehicle models.

We place strong emphasis on heat resistance and aging resistance. Inside a vehicle, temperatures can rise significantly in summer conditions. Poor-quality materials may deform or become brittle over time.

Our material selection and process control ensure that the air outlet housing maintains stability and durability over long-term use.

Impact resistance is also a key requirement. We conduct testing to ensure the product does not crack or fail under vibration and road impact conditions.

Our IATF 16949 certification ensures strict quality control from raw material selection to final shipment.

We have an in-house R&D team and support custom development based on drawings or sample parts.

Sample development typically takes 30 to 90 days, depending on product complexity. The timeline starts after drawing approval.

Each product is fully inspected before shipment to ensure it is qualified and meets requirements.

Free standard samples are available (shipping cost paid by customer). For custom samples, a small fee may apply, which can be refunded upon mass order confirmation.
