Filler Neck Cap

The filler neck cap is the cover located at the top of the filler neck. When the hood is opened, the colored cap on the washer fluid tank or coolant tank is the filler neck cap.

Its function is to seal the opening, preventing dust, insects, and water from entering the tank while also preventing fluid leakage or evaporation.

Our factory has 14 years of experience manufacturing this product. We operate a 3,000㎡ workshop with 35 injection molding workers. We use materials such as PP, ABS, and PA66, all of which provide resistance to corrosion and hydrolysis.

We use one-step injection molding to produce the filler neck cap. The structure features a retainer lock design with a built-in sealing element. When closed, the cap forms a tight and reliable seal.

Sealing performance and contamination protection are key priorities. If the cap does not seal properly, dust and insects may enter the tank, potentially clogging spray nozzles. Fluid loss through evaporation or leakage may also occur.

Our sealing design ensures a secure closure. In addition, strong retention performance prevents the cap from loosening or popping open due to vibration during driving.

Our factory is certified to IATF 16949 standards. Each filler neck cap is fully inspected before shipment to ensure consistent quality.

Free samples are available (shipping cost paid by customer). MOQ is 1,000 pieces, with a minimum of 300 pieces per color. Monthly production capacity is 1–3 million pieces.
