Plastic Filler Tube

The plastic filler tube connects the filler neck to the fluid tank. Washer fluid is poured into the filler neck and then flows through the tube into the tank.

This component requires a certain level of flexibility because the engine bay space is limited and the tube may need to bend during installation.

Our factory has 14 years of experience manufacturing this product. We operate a 3,000㎡ workshop with 35 production workers. We use materials such as PP, PE, TPE, and modified plastics. Among them, TPE offers the highest flexibility and is ideal for applications requiring bending and routing.

We use injection molding or extrusion processes to manufacture the plastic filler tube.

We focus on both sealing performance and flexibility. If the tube leaks, washer fluid may spill into the engine bay. If it is too rigid, installation and routing become difficult.

Our materials provide excellent flexibility and durability. The precisely designed connector interface ensures a secure seal and prevents leakage.

Aging resistance and deformation resistance are also critical. The tube must not harden or crack after long-term exposure to washer fluid and engine bay conditions.

Our factory is certified to IATF 16949 standards. Each plastic filler tube is fully inspected before shipment to ensure quality consistency.
