Fastener Cover

The fastener cover is a small protective cap installed over the wiper arm nut. Its function is simple but important: it prevents dust, water, and corrosion from affecting the exposed nut.

If the nut remains exposed for a long period, it may rust and become difficult to remove in the future.

Our factory has 14 years of experience manufacturing this product. We operate a 3,000㎡ workshop with 35 injection molding workers.

We use materials such as POM, PP with 20–30% glass fiber reinforcement, and weather-resistant ABS. POM provides excellent wear resistance, PP+GF offers high strength, and ABS provides good UV resistance.

We use one-step injection molding to produce the fastener cover. The outer diameter ranges from 24–28 mm, height from 10–14 mm, and wall thickness from 1.2–1.8 mm.

Installation uses a push-in retainer design. The part can be installed easily by hand without tools. The standard color is gloss black, and other colors are available upon request.

We focus on ensuring a tight fit that effectively blocks dust and water. The retainer structure prevents the cover from loosening or falling off during vehicle operation.

The material also provides resistance to automotive fluids, including gasoline, engine oil, coolant, and car wash detergents.

Our factory is certified to IATF 16949 standards. Each product is fully inspected before shipment to ensure consistent quality.
