Automotive Plastic Sealing Plug

The automotive plastic sealing plug is a type of automotive body plug designed specifically for sealing round holes. Its function is to seal openings in vehicle body structures, preventing the ingress of water, dust, and oil.

Our factory has 14 years of experience manufacturing this product. We operate a 3,000㎡ workshop with 35 injection molding workers.

We use materials such as PA66, PP, ABS, and TPEE. Glass fiber reinforcement can be added to improve strength. TPEE, as an elastomer material, provides enhanced sealing performance.

We use one-step injection molding to produce the sealing plug. The structure adopts either a retainer lock or an interference fit, ensuring easy installation.

Sealing performance is a key priority. If the plug does not seal properly, water may enter the vehicle body, leading to corrosion and rust over time. Our design ensures a tight and reliable seal.

Weather resistance and aging resistance are essential for long-term outdoor exposure. Vehicles are subject to sunlight, rain, and temperature changes, so the plug must remain stable without degradation.

Vibration resistance is also critical. During driving, vehicle vibration may cause loosening if the design is insufficient. Our structure ensures the plug remains securely in place.

Our factory is certified to IATF 16949 standards. Each product is fully inspected before shipment to ensure consistent quality.

Free samples are available (shipping cost paid by customer). MOQ is 1,000 pieces, with a minimum of 300 pieces per size. Monthly production capacity is 1–3 million pieces.

Payment terms: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment.
