Automotive Plastic Plug

The automotive plastic plug is designed to seal unused openings in vehicle body structures. Modern vehicles contain numerous process and reserved holes, and if left unsealed, these openings may allow water, dust, and oil to enter the vehicle system.

Our factory has 14 years of experience in manufacturing automotive plastic plugs. We operate a 3,000 m² workshop with 35 injection molding workers. We use materials such as PA66, PP, ABS, and TPO, with optional glass fiber reinforcement for enhanced strength. Each material offers different performance characteristics: PA66 provides high strength, PP offers cost efficiency, ABS provides good surface quality, and TPO offers flexibility.

The product is manufactured using one-step injection molding with an oval shape design. The structure adopts either a retainer lock or interference-fit mechanism to ensure secure installation.

Installation is tool-free and can be completed by hand pressure.

The design ensures reliable sealing performance and secure retention. A properly installed plug prevents leakage and ingress, while maintaining a firm fit under normal operating conditions.

Vibration resistance is critical, as vehicle operation generates continuous road vibration. The plug is designed to remain securely in place without detachment under such conditions.

Weather resistance and aging resistance ensure long-term durability in harsh environments.

We provide custom development based on customer drawings through our in-house R&D team. Sample development typically takes 30 to 90 days.

Our factory is IATF 16949 certified, and all products are inspected before shipment. Free samples are available (shipping cost paid by the customer). The minimum order quantity is 1,000 pieces.
