Fastener Cover Cap

The fastener cover cap is a matte black variant of the fastener cover series. It shares the same function, which is to protect the wiper arm nut from dust, water ingress, and corrosion. The matte finish provides a more understated appearance.

Our factory has 14 years of experience in manufacturing fastener cover caps. We operate a 3,000 m² workshop with 35 injection molding workers. We use materials such as POM, PP reinforced with 20–30% glass fiber, and weather-resistant ABS. POM offers excellent wear resistance, PP+GF provides higher strength, and weather-resistant ABS ensures good UV stability.

The product is manufactured using one-step injection molding. Dimensions include a diameter of Φ24–28 mm, height of 10–14 mm, and wall thickness of 1.2–1.8 mm.

Installation uses a push-fit retainer design, allowing tool-free assembly by hand.

The retention structure ensures a secure fit that prevents accidental detachment during operation. Once installed, the component remains firmly in place under normal vehicle conditions.

The fastener cover cap provides resistance to common automotive fluids, including gasoline, engine oil, coolant, and car wash detergents.

Our factory is IATF 16949 certified, and all products are fully inspected before shipment. Free samples are available (shipping cost paid by the customer). The minimum order quantity is 1,000 pieces, with at least 300 pieces per color. Monthly production capacity ranges from 1 to 3 million pieces, ensuring stable supply.
