Plastic Center Control Panel

The plastic center control panel is one of the most commonly used interior components in vehicles. It is widely applied in door panels, dashboards, center console trims, pillar trims, and door trim covers.

Our factory has 14 years of experience manufacturing automotive interior panels. We operate a 3,000 m² workshop with 35 skilled workers specializing in injection molding production.

For this product, we primarily use modified PP, typically formulated as PP blended with EPDM rubber and 20% talc. This material system provides an excellent balance of toughness, impact resistance, and cost efficiency.

For higher surface quality requirements, we also offer ABS, PC/ABS, and TPO materials.

The part is produced using a single injection molding process. Typical dimensions include:

• Main wall thickness: 2.0–5.0 mm
• Rib thickness: 2.5–7.0 mm

We place strong emphasis on UV resistance and impact strength. Interior components are frequently exposed to sunlight, and insufficient UV resistance may lead to fading or material degradation over time. Our material formulations are designed to maintain color stability and structural integrity under long-term exposure.

Impact resistance is equally important, as interior panels are subject to frequent contact and mechanical stress during vehicle use.

Our factory is certified to IATF 16949, and we maintain strict quality control throughout the entire production process-from raw material inspection to final shipment. Each plastic center control panel is fully inspected before delivery.

We offer free standard samples; only shipping costs are required. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1,000 pieces, with at least 300 pieces per color or model.
