1. A Structural Component for Airflow and Environmental Separation

The plastic air baffle plate is used to separate different functional zones within a vehicle. In the dashboard area, it prevents air leakage between HVAC ducts. In door assemblies, it separates interior and exterior cavities, providing improved acoustic and thermal insulation. In the engine bay firewall, it helps block heat and noise from entering the cabin.

Although not visible, this component plays an important role in vehicle NVH performance and overall comfort.

Our factory has 14 years of experience manufacturing this type of component. We operate a 3,000 m² workshop with 35 skilled workers specializing in injection molding production.

We commonly use modified PP, PP reinforced with glass fiber, or ABS depending on application requirements.

2. Excellent Insulation Against Noise, Heat, and Dust

PP reinforced with glass fiber provides higher strength and improved dimensional stability, making it suitable for large air baffle structures with reduced deformation risk. ABS is preferred when better surface quality or appearance is required.

The part is manufactured using a single injection molding process.

We place strong emphasis on sound insulation, thermal insulation, and dust prevention. Poor sealing or structural design may allow engine noise, heat, or dust to enter the cabin, negatively affecting comfort.

Our material selection and precision molding process ensure effective isolation performance and stable structural integrity.

3. Vibration Resistance and Stable Quality Assurance

NVH performance and vibration resistance are critical requirements. If the air baffle plate is not securely installed, it may generate rattling noise during vehicle operation.

Our factory is certified to IATF 16949, and we implement strict quality control throughout the entire production process. Each part is fully inspected before shipment.

We offer free standard samples (shipping cost borne by customer). The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1,000 pieces, with at least 300 pieces per color or model.

Our monthly production capacity ranges from 1 to 3 million pieces, ensuring stable and reliable supply. Payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.
