The plastic instrument panel inner panel is a hidden structural component inside the dashboard assembly. Although it is not visible to the user, it plays a critical role in supporting the outer dashboard structure.

It also provides mounting points for door trim panel retainers and expanding plastic rivets. While not visible, its dimensional accuracy and structural integrity directly affect dashboard stability, assembly fit, and overall NVH performance.

Our factory has 14 years of experience manufacturing this component. We operate a 3,000 m² workshop with 35 skilled workers specializing in injection molding production.

We commonly use modified PP, PP+EPDM, or ABS materials. Modified PP and PP+EPDM provide excellent toughness and impact absorption, while ABS offers higher structural strength.

The part is produced using a single injection molding process.

We place strong emphasis on vibration resistance and NVH performance. During vehicle operation, constant road vibration can cause poorly designed components to loosen over time, resulting in abnormal noise. Our material formulation and precise dimensional control effectively prevent this issue.

Our materials are designed to provide long-term durability, even in hidden installation areas. Aging resistance, UV resistance, and low-temperature crack resistance are carefully controlled to ensure long service life.

Our factory is certified to IATF 16949, and we maintain strict quality control throughout the entire production process.

Each part is fully inspected before shipment to ensure consistent fit and performance.

We offer free standard samples (shipping cost borne by customer). The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1,000 pieces, with at least 300 pieces per color or model. Our monthly production capacity ranges from 1 to 3 million pieces, ensuring stable supply.
