1. Protective Plates for Different Vehicle Areas

The bumper trim plate is designed to protect various parts of a vehicle. The engine undercover protects the oil pan. Door trim plates protect door panels from kicks. Sill trim plates protect the door sill from being stepped on. Fender liners help prevent damage from rocks and debris.

Our factory has 14 years of experience in manufacturing bumper trim plates. We operate a 3,000 m² workshop with 35 injection molding workers. Material selection depends on the application. For engine undercovers and chassis plates, we use PP with glass fiber or PA66 with glass fiber, which provide high strength and excellent impact resistance.

2. Strong Enough to Resist Impacts and Scratches

For door trim plates and interior trim parts, PP or ABS materials are sufficient. We use one-step injection molding to form the bumper trim plates.

The structure is designed with reinforcing ribs for added strength. It also includes drain holes, cooling holes, retainer seats, screw posts, and locating slots.

We focus heavily on impact resistance and scratch resistance, as underbody components are frequently exposed to rocks and debris. Poor impact resistance can lead to breakage. Good toughness is also essential-the parts need a certain degree of flexibility to avoid cracking upon impact.

3. Effective Sealing and Reliable Supply

The product provides protection against dust, water, sand, and stones. It also offers strong aging resistance and does not crack under low temperatures.

Our factory is certified under IATF 16949. Each bumper trim plate is inspected before shipment. Free samples are available (shipping costs paid by the customer).

The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1,000 pieces, with at least 300 pieces per model. Monthly production capacity ranges from 1 to 3 million pieces, ensuring reliable delivery.
