Plastic Headlight Lens

The plastic headlight lens serves as the transparent outer cover of the headlight. Since light must pass through it, high light transmission is essential. At the same time, it protects internal components such as the bulb and reflector, so strong impact resistance is required.

Our factory has 14 years of experience in manufacturing plastic headlight lenses. We operate a 3,000 m² workshop with 35 injection molding workers. We exclusively use PC (polycarbonate) material, which offers excellent light transmission and outstanding impact resistance, making it the preferred material for headlight lenses.

The lens is produced through one-step injection molding. Its structure includes retainer seats for housing assembly and a sealing edge for improved protection.

Installation methods include heat staking or adhesive bonding to the housing. It can also be secured using snap-fit retainers and screws. A rubber gasket is used to ensure waterproof sealing.

We place strong emphasis on high light transmission and UV resistance. Insufficient light transmission can reduce headlight brightness. Poor UV resistance may cause the lens to yellow or become cloudy over time. Our PC material effectively prevents these issues.

Water sealing is critical for headlight performance. If moisture enters the lens and causes internal fogging, the light beam will be scattered, reducing visibility.

We have our own R&D team and support customized designs based on customer drawings. Sample development typically takes 30 to 90 days.

Our factory is IATF 16949 certified, and every lens is inspected before shipment. Free samples are available (shipping cost paid by the customer). The minimum order quantity is 1,000 pieces.
