1. A Key Front-End Component for Airflow and Protection

The radiator grille is a key front-end automotive component located at the vehicle's front fascia. It is one of the most visually prominent exterior parts, contributing significantly to vehicle identity and design.

Bumper grilles, ventilation grilles, and fog lamp grilles are all part of the radiator grille system. Its primary function is to manage airflow for engine cooling while also protecting internal components from debris such as insects and small stones.

Our factory has 14 years of experience manufacturing automotive grille components. We operate a 3,000 m² workshop with 35 skilled workers specializing in injection molding production.

We primarily use modified PP for standard applications, offering an excellent balance of performance and cost efficiency.

2. Material Selection for Different Performance Requirements

For high-gloss or chrome appearance requirements, ABS or ABS+PC materials are used to achieve superior surface quality and visual appeal.

For high-temperature or structural reinforcement applications, PA66 reinforced with glass fiber is applied to enhance strength and thermal stability.

The product is manufactured using a single injection molding process. Structural designs can include horizontal bars, vertical bars, or mesh patterns depending on vehicle styling requirements.

We incorporate integrated mounting feet and locating posts to ensure precise assembly. Optional design features include mounting provisions for license plates, cameras, and radar systems.

We place strong emphasis on weather resistance and UV stability, as the grille is continuously exposed to sunlight, rain, and environmental contaminants.

3. Long-Term Appearance Stability and Reliable Quality Control

Insufficient UV resistance may lead to surface fading or whitening over time. Our material formulations ensure long-term color stability and surface durability.

Airflow efficiency, impact resistance, and debris protection are essential functional requirements. The grille must maintain proper airflow while preventing the entry of insects and road debris.

Our factory is certified to IATF 16949, and we implement strict quality control throughout all production stages. Each product is fully inspected before shipment.

We offer free standard samples (shipping cost borne by customer). The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1,000 pieces, with at least 300 pieces per color or model. Our monthly production capacity ranges from 1 to 3 million pieces, ensuring stable supply.
