1. Exterior Decorative Trim with Functional Integration

The moulding radiator is an exterior decorative trim component used across front and rear bumper systems. It is widely applied in front lower lips, fog lamp surrounds, rear bumper side trims, tailgate trims, and wheel arch trims.

Although it is not a load-bearing structural part, it plays an important role in enhancing vehicle appearance and design consistency.

Our factory has 14 years of experience producing automotive exterior trim components. We operate a 3,000 m² workshop with 35 skilled workers specializing in injection molding production.

We commonly use ABS, PP, or ABS+PC materials. ABS provides excellent surface finish, PP offers cost advantages, and ABS+PC delivers higher strength and improved impact resistance.

2. Stable Appearance Under Harsh Outdoor Conditions

The product is manufactured using a single injection molding process. The design can be produced as long strip structures or segmented block structures depending on vehicle styling requirements.

Integrated locating retainers are included to ensure precise positioning. Optional design features include mounting holes for radar systems, lighting modules, and camera systems.

Installation methods include plastic retainers, expanding plastic rivets, 3M adhesive tape, and self-tapping screws, depending on application requirements.

We place strong emphasis on UV resistance and weather durability. As an exterior component exposed to sunlight, rain, dust, and frequent car wash conditions, poor material performance may result in fading or surface peeling over time.

Our material selection and surface stability control ensure long-term appearance quality.

3. Impact Resistance and Reliable Production Support

Impact resistance is essential, as bumper areas are frequently exposed to minor collisions and external contact. The moulding radiator is designed to maintain structural integrity and avoid cracking under such conditions.

We have an in-house R&D team to support customized development. Customers may provide drawings for tailored designs.

Sample development typically takes 30 to 90 days. Our factory is certified to IATF 16949, ensuring strict quality control throughout production.

Each product is fully inspected before shipment. We offer free standard samples (shipping cost borne by customer). The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1,000 pieces.
