Our factory has 14 years of experience in rubber and sealing component production. We operate a 3,000 m² workshop with 35 skilled workers specializing in precision molding and assembly.

We primarily use EPDM rubber due to its excellent aging resistance, stable elasticity, and superior sealing performance, making it widely used in automotive sealing applications.

2. Excellent Elasticity, Fitment, and Compression Recovery

Available thickness options include 1 mm, 2 mm, 3 mm, 5 mm, and 10 mm, with 2 mm, 3 mm, and 5 mm being the most commonly used specifications.

We support customized shapes and dimensions based on technical drawings.

We place strong emphasis on elasticity and compression recovery performance. The gasket must effectively fill installation gaps and maintain sealing force over long-term use. After compression, it must recover its shape to ensure continuous sealing performance.

Aging resistance, anti-cracking performance, and long-term stability are critical requirements for automotive rubber components.

3. Long Service Life and Strict Quality Control

The EPDM material ensures long-term softness and durability without powdering, hardening, or cracking over time.

We have an in-house R&D team to support customized development. You may provide drawings, and we will manufacture according to your requirements.

Sample development typically takes 30 to 90 days after drawing approval. Our factory is certified to IATF 16949, and we implement strict quality control throughout production.

Each product is fully inspected before shipment. We offer free standard samples (shipping cost borne by customer). The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1,000 pieces.
