The wing mirror housing is the outer shell of the side mirror assembly. It serves both an aesthetic and functional role, requiring a balance of appearance quality, structural strength, and environmental sealing performance.
As one of the most visible exterior components of a vehicle, its surface quality directly influences overall vehicle appearance and perceived quality.
Our factory has 14 years of experience manufacturing automotive exterior mirror components. We operate a 3,000 m² workshop with 35 skilled workers specializing in injection molding production.
We commonly use ABS or ABS+PC materials. ABS provides excellent surface finish and colorability, while ABS+PC offers improved impact resistance and structural strength.
The part is produced using a single injection molding process. Its structure includes a dedicated slot for trim strips, openings for turn signal lamps, and internal retainer seats and locating posts for precise assembly.
Fixation is achieved through snap-in inner retainers, reinforced with screws for structural stability. A mirror gasket is used to ensure reliable water sealing performance.
We place strong emphasis on UV resistance and weathering durability. As an exterior component exposed to sunlight, rain, and environmental contaminants, poor material performance may result in fading, cracking, or surface degradation over time.
Our material selection and process control ensure long-term appearance stability and structural integrity.
Water and dust sealing are critical to ensure the reliability of internal electrical components such as turn signals and mirror adjustment motors. Any leakage may lead to component failure.
We have an in-house R&D team to support customized development. You may provide drawings, and we will manufacture according to your specifications.
Sample development typically takes 30 to 90 days after drawing approval. Our factory is certified to IATF 16949, and we maintain strict quality control throughout the entire production process.
Each product is fully inspected before shipment. We offer free standard samples (shipping cost borne by customer). The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1,000 pieces.
