We commonly use modified PP, PP reinforced with 10% glass fiber, or ABS materials. PP+GF10 provides higher structural strength for load-bearing applications, while ABS offers improved dimensional stability.

The component is manufactured using a single injection molding process. Its structure includes integrated mounting posts for the mirror support bracket as well as precision screw holes for secure assembly.

We provide a complete system solution, including the backing plate, mirror gasket, and sound insulation pad, which together ensure effective sealing and vibration reduction.

We place strong emphasis on structural strength, dimensional stability, and NVH performance. Poor rigidity or deformation may lead to mirror shaking or misalignment, directly affecting driving safety and comfort.

Our precision mold design and material selection ensure accurate dimensions and long-term structural stability.

3. High Durability and Reliable Quality Control

The product is designed to withstand impact loads and low-temperature conditions. In cold environments, inferior materials may crack under minor external force; our formulation prevents such failures.

Our factory is certified to IATF 16949, and we implement strict quality control throughout the entire production process. Each part is fully inspected before shipment.

We offer free standard samples (shipping cost borne by customer). The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1,000 pieces, with at least 300 pieces per specification. Our monthly production capacity ranges from 1 to 3 million pieces, ensuring stable supply.
