Door Trim Plastic Nut

The door trim plastic nut is embedded directly into plastic components during the molding process. It provides a strong internal thread, allowing screws to securely fasten mating parts.

It is widely used in automotive door panels, dashboards, bumpers, and interior assemblies.

Our factory has 14 years of experience manufacturing this product. We operate a 3,000 m² workshop with 35 skilled workers specializing in injection molding. We use reinforced PA66, which offers high strength, excellent heat resistance, and odor-free performance. The part is formed in a single injection molding process.

We carefully control two key performance parameters: installation force and retention force.

The push-in force is controlled at 20–50 N, ensuring easy installation while maintaining a secure fit. The pull-out force is ≥80–150 N, ensuring the component remains firmly fixed during long-term use.

In addition, the door trim plastic nut is designed for repeated use. The internal threads allow multiple screw insertions and removals without significant wear or damage.

Typical dimensions include:

• Outer diameter: 6–20 mm
• Installation hole diameter: Ø6–10 mm
• Length: 8–22 mm

We have an in-house R&D team to support customized designs. You can provide drawings for non-standard door trim plastic nuts, and we will manufacture according to your specifications.

Sample development typically takes 30 to 90 days after drawing approval. Our factory is certified to IATF 16949, ensuring strict quality control at every stage.

We inspect every product before shipment to ensure consistent performance.

We offer free standard samples (shipping cost borne by the customer). The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1,000 pieces, with at least 300 pieces per size. Our monthly production capacity ranges from 1 to 3 million pieces, ensuring reliable delivery.
