Push in Rivet Plastic

The push-in plastic rivet is a widely used fastening component in automotive interiors, including door panels, headliners, and bumper trim plates.

Our factory has 14 years of experience manufacturing this type of fastener. We operate a 3,000 m² workshop with 35 workers specializing in injection molding. We typically use PA66 or PA66 reinforced with 30% glass fiber. PA66 provides good strength and heat resistance, while glass fiber reinforcement further improves strength and dimensional stability.

We place strong emphasis on pull-out force. This rivet provides a pull-out force of ≥80 N, ensuring it remains securely in place after installation while still allowing for easy assembly.

We inspect all raw materials upon arrival and conduct regular in-process quality checks. Each rivet is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure consistent performance. Our IATF 16949 certification demonstrates that our quality management system meets automotive industry standards.

The rivet is designed to fit hole diameters of Ø6–8 mm and panel thicknesses of 1–4 mm, with a head diameter ranging from Ø10–18 mm.

We have an in-house R&D team to support customized development. You can provide drawings or physical samples, and we will manufacture according to your specifications.

Sample development typically takes 30 to 90 days after drawing approval. We offer free standard samples; you only need to cover the shipping cost. Custom samples require a small fee, which will be refunded upon placement of a mass production order.

The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1,000 pieces, with a minimum of 300 pieces per color or model. Our monthly production capacity ranges from 1 to 3 million pieces, ensuring reliable delivery.

Our standard payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.
