Car Door Interior Trim Panel

The car door interior trim panel is one of the largest interior components in a vehicle. Our factory has 14 years of experience manufacturing door panels.

We operate a 3,000 m² workshop with 35 skilled workers and multiple injection molding machines of different tonnage, allowing us to produce both large and small plastic components efficiently.

For this product, we primarily use modified PP, typically formulated as PP reinforced with EPDM rubber and 20% talc. PP serves as the base material, EPDM improves toughness and impact resistance, and talc enhances stiffness and dimensional stability. This formulation is widely used in the automotive industry for door panel applications.

We place strong emphasis on low-temperature impact resistance. In winter conditions, temperatures can drop below freezing, and inferior materials may crack under minor impact.

Our material formulation and process control ensure that the car door interior trim panel performs reliably within a temperature range of -40℃ to 120℃ without cracking.

Low VOC emissions and odor-free performance are also important requirements. We prioritize environmentally compliant materials to ensure good in-vehicle air quality.

• Main wall thickness: 2.5–4.0 mm

The car door interior trim panel is designed with mounting holes for door trim panel retainers. Available hole diameters include Ø6.3 mm, Ø7 mm, and Ø8 mm, ensuring compatibility with standard automotive fasteners.

Our factory is certified to IATF 16949, and we maintain strict quality control throughout the entire production process-from raw material inspection to final shipment. Each panel is fully inspected before delivery.

The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1,000 pieces, with a minimum of 300 pieces per color or model. We offer free standard samples; only shipping costs are required.
